The residential building is located in an area with lots of green and open spaces, less than 200m from the sea. The main entrance to the building, as well as to the underground parking space, is easily accessible by Aigeos st.
The building is a modern, high aesthetic construction that consists of duplex and spacious single-floor apartments. The architectural design focuses on natural light and functionality, while the external surfaces use modern materials such as wood, glass and concrete, creating harmony with its surroundings.
The energy efficient design of the residences was based on the principles of cost savings and high performance. Heat pumps (cooling - heating), energy-efficient fireplaces and special energy-efficient windows with thermal barrier were used to minimize heat loss. In addition, sunspaces were designed allowing ventilation in the summer and passive heating in the winter.

The residential building is located in Voula, in the southern suburbs of Athens, a seaside area with a pleasant, warm climate and unobstructed views to the nearby islands.
The complex is located near the sea, as well as the vibrant and well-organized areas of Glyfada and Vouliagmeni. Wonderful beaches can be found in only a ten minutes’ drive, while Athen’s city centre and Athens international airport are less than half an hour away.
