The building is a modern, high aesthetic construction that consists of duplex and single-floor apartments. The architectural design focuses on natural light and functionality, while the external surfaces use modern materials such as wood, glass and concrete, creating harmony with its surroundings.

The energy efficient design of the residences was based on the principles of cost savings and high performance.
