The project is located at Nomos 751 in Panorama, an area easily accessible by car and public transport from and to the main road of Thessaloniki-Panorama. It is also located next to the settlement of Panorama which has a shopping center and full services. It is an area with lots of greenery, open spaces, parks, views of the city and the sea. The residential building is located on a green, sloping plot, overlooking the city of Thessaloniki and the sea of ​​Thermaic Gulf.

The architectural design followed the natural slopes of the land, emphasizing natural lighting and functionality. Modern materials such as glass and concrete were used on the exterior surfaces, in harmony with the surrounding space. The energy planning of the houses was done with economy and high efficiency as the main criteria. Heat pumps (cooling - heating) and energy fireplaces were installed.
