The piece of land on which the building complex is located lies in a green area on a west-facing slope with views of the city of Thessaloniki and the Thermaic Gulf. The architectural design of the buildings follows the contours of the slope and is based on the idea of functionality and a suitable allotment of open areas around the buildings. Natural materials such as wood have been used on external surfaces, in harmony with the surrounding environment. The energy design of the residences was based on the principles of cost savings and high performance. Heat pumps and special energy windows were installed to minimize heat loss.
Parking spaces are easily accessible from the maisonettes.
Location
The maisonettes are in Nomos 751District in Panorama, an area easily accessible by car and public transportation to and from the main Thessaloniki-Panorama road. The complex is located near the village of Panorama, with its full range of shops and services. This is an area with lots of green, with parks and open spaces, overlooking the city and the sea.
