On a plot of land with three single-family residences were designed to provide both privacy and sea views.

The architectural design followed a bioclimatic approach. The geometry of the buildings and the placement of the openings ensure ideal natural lighting, ventilation, and thermal comfort, while the layout emphasizes functionality. Contemporary materials such as wood, glass, stone, and concrete were used on the exterior surfaces, in harmony with the surrounding environment.

The energy design of the residences was based on efficiency and high performance. Heat pumps (for cooling and heating), energy-efficient fireplaces, and a solar atrium were installed.
