On a plot of land with natural elevation differences, three single-family residences were designed to provide privacy and unobstructed sea views.

The architectural design followed a bioclimatic approach. The geometry of the buildings and the placement of the openings ensure optimal natural lighting, ventilation, and thermal comfort, while the organization of the spaces emphasizes functionality. Modern materials such as wood, glass, stone, and concrete were used on the exterior surfaces, in harmony with the surrounding environment.

The energy design of the residences was based on efficiency and high performance. Heat pumps (for cooling and heating), energy-efficient fireplaces, and a solar atrium were installed.

The residences are located in Agios Nikolaos, Sithonia, Halkidiki.
