Two-storεy residential complex consisting of two wings with two coomon underground parking spaces-basement, attic, roof. The two buildings consist of apartments and two-storey maisonettes, with excellent layout, comfort and modern design. The architectural design followed a bioclimatic approach.
The geometry of the buildings and the location of the openings result in achieving ideal natural lighting, ventilation and thermal comfort, while the organization of the spaces emphasizes functionality. Modern materials such as wood, glass, stone and concrete were used on the external surfaces, in harmony with the surrounding space.
The location of the building is on A. Symeonidis & P. Mela streets, in the Panorama settlement, in the Municipality of Pylaia-Chortiatis. The energy design of the houses was made with the main criterion of economy and high efficiency. Heat pumps (cooling - heating), energy fireplaces, solar patio will be installed.
